Sunny Saturday = Car Wash

While getting my car washed and waxed today at the Mr. Pride Car Wash in Midtown I started to think about what car wash options there are downtown.

There is this one at Vance and Third. They used to advertise "Thursday Night is Ladies Night".

3. Not sure about this place

This one is at Linden and East Street - more medical district than downtown but much closer than Midtown. And just around the corner on Pauline between Linden and Union there is a self-service wash with several bays. That one is very near to the "Three Habits" and "Fourth Habit" shops (but that's a topic for another post some day).

There was also one at Riverside and Jefferson but they were closed today so I'm not sure if they are out of business. Also, there is a mobile car wash guy in the garage behind Roma Pizza at Court and Third I've seen a few times. Of course there is the automated car wash at the Exxon at Pauline and Union but it's not the same as a real car wash, now is it? So no excuses for downtowners - we should all have super clean rides for the weekend.

But I still like the Mr. Pride on Union in Midtown.
