According to this week's Memphis Business Journal, 2009 will be the Year of the Crane for downtown as we see condo, apartment, and mixed use projects continue and some new ones get underway. It seems everywhere you look there's housing to accomodate any lifestyle.
MBJ also reports the University of Memphis Law School is slated to open in the fall of 2009; the building will include new features such as a Barnes & Noble Bookstore and a Starbucks.

Is that...a real photo?! Am I seriously this out of it when I am downtown that I haven't noticed this huge new building?? I know one of my bosses is thinking about purchasing a new $1 million condo in one of the new high-rises downtown...maybe it's that one. Huh.
I like the new layout too! I was hoping you'd add the "Following" feature at some point :)
