Again, the Edge Neighborhood extends it's message for the New Year just as they did for Christmas, on a tire. Naturally, the New Year's message is on a Goodyear tire.
Poppy also hopes everyone has a Happy New Year. You can pop champagne bottles open all night but she knows she's got the better end of the deal with her chewy treat.
