So Very Randomly Way Off Topic
It's clear I haven't been thinking about downtown Memphis these past few days and honestly, I am not sure I have much to say about it at the moment. As lackluster as I have been lately, I have been meaning to post some photos of Christmas lights around downtown and I'll get around to it. But while thinking about our pretty lights, I was reminded yesterday by a regular reader (possibly my only regular reader) that in the city of Lyon, France they have just had their annual Festival of Lights (Fête des lumières). So, I'm sending you to this link: http://www.lumieres.lyon.fr/lumieres/sections/en to see some gorgeous lights from the other side of the world and learn a bit about this event. I'll get back on topic soon but for now this blog is like a box of chocolates...
