La Pâtisserie de la semaine

 This week's pâtisserie is the fruity Le Verger. This is peach and apricot cream layered between light cake, topped with three little cookies and it all sits on a thin, crispy wafer. "Le verger" means orchard. It's from Pâtisserie Tixier-Maréchal who, by the way, has a huge selection of beautiful pâtisseries.
